Vanish 38 Duffel

Bought this as a just-in-case bag for a two-week trip and it ended up holding all my souvenirs on the way home. The 38 liters is legit—I fit three days of clothes plus a pair of shoes with room to spare. Zipping it back into its own pouch afterward is weirdly satisfying.

Packed it flat into its own pouch and it disappeared into my carry-on, then unzipped to swallow a week's worth of clothes plus two pairs of shoes. The 38L really is the sweet spot for a carry-on only trip.

Took this on a weekend trip and the way it collapses into that little pouch is honestly the best part—tossed it in my suitcase on the way back with room to spare. The 38L opening swallowed all my clothes without me having to roll anything tight.
