GVP Foam Donut

I was skeptical a foam pad this light would do anything, but it actually fills the gap behind my lower back without feeling bulky. Been waking up less stiff after about a week of using it.

Slid this under my lower back and it basically disappeared—so light I forgot it was there until I noticed I hadn't flipped over all night. The baked foam holds its shape without feeling stiff. Best twenty-something bucks I've spent on sleep in a while.

Woke up without that familiar lower-back ache on the first night, which honestly never happens with my old setup. The way it fills the gap under my spine feels just right without pushing me forward. Already ordered one for the camper van.
