SitLight

$9.1 ~~$13~~ In stock

Designed specifically to be used in the pad pocket of any of our overnight backpacking backpacks. This multi-use featherlight pad will give structure to your pack, cushion your back and allow some air to circulate between you and the pack while keeping the pack body close to you. The SitLight can also be used to sit on in camp or during breaks, to lengthen your existing sleep pad or as a base for your pillow.

The foam is amazingly light and strong for its density. The pads are tough, flexible and resilient, and exhibit good UV stability. As a closed-cell foam they will not absorb water.

These are only compatible with our new Mariposa 60 and Gorilla 50 PVT packs. For your small size pack, you will need the 17" size. For your medium size pack, you will need the 19" size. For the large size pack, you will need the 21" size.

Wasn't sure a foam pad this thin would do anything, but my back stopped aching on the second day of a three-day trip. It stiffens up the pack nicely too, so loading it isn't a wrestling match anymore.

I was skeptical about how much difference a pad insert could make, but the featherlight weight means I barely notice it in my pack while it adds that extra cushioning my back needed on rocky trails. It’s become a permanent part of my loadout for overnight trips.

The way it firms up the whole pack when slid into the pad pocket is a game-changer for my back on long trails. It’s ridiculously light, but the cushioning where it counts makes the load feel way less punishing by day three.
