Bare Boxer (กระป๋องกันหมี)

Packed four days of food in here and it still closed without a fight, which surprised me since I usually overpack. Knowing it's IGBC approved for grizzly country means I actually sleep instead of hanging a bear bag at midnight.

Took this out for a three-day trip through grizzly country and never once worried about my food at night. The IGBC approval gave me peace of mind, and it fit plenty for two people with meals to spare. Hefty but worth the weight when you're sleeping soundly.

The locking mechanism is so smooth that even my clumsy fingers handled it easily, and I love that it's IGBC approved so I don't stress about bears in the backcountry. It swallowed my weekend stash without a problem, though it's a bit bulky in the pack—totally worth the peace of mind.
