Got caught in a downpour on a day hike and my pack stayed bone dry under this thing. The 20D ripstop feels thin as paper when you stuff it in a pocket, but it hasn't torn once all season.

I've been stuffing this in my pack for months and it's saved my gear more than once. The 20D ripstop nylon is way tougher than it looks and folds down small enough to forget about until I need it.

Took this out in a proper downpour and the silicone face on the ripstop shed water like nothing I’ve owned before, while the UTS backing kept everything inside bone dry. It’s remarkably light for how rugged it feels, and it packs down small enough to forget it’s in my bag until I actually need it.
