The pivoting hipbelt actually does what it claims — my pack swayed with my hips instead of fighting them on the downhills. The side pockets swallowed my phone, keys and a granola bar without bulging out. Genuinely the most comfortable my setup has ever felt.

Took this on a 12-mile hike and barely noticed the pack shifting on my hips for once. The two pockets are handy for my phone and a couple of snack bars without digging through the main bag. Only wish the belt padding was a touch thicker, but honestly it stayed comfortable all day.

The pivoting motion from the center pouch is the real deal—my stride feels completely natural now, no more awkward sway on the trail. Pockets sit right at my hip for quick snack grabs without stopping. Solid buy for anyone using the frame system.
